ORDERING & RETURNS
HOW DO I ORDER?
Ordering is easy. Simply call --------------- and our friendly staff will help you calculate the amount of carry boxes you will need and process your order.
CAN I ORDER LESS THAN 16 CARRY BOXES?
Yes you can. Please be aware that all orders less than the minimum order quantity will need to be collected from our warehouse and paid for in full.
CAN I CREATE A VARIETY OF CARRY BOXES?
Yes you can. With seven products in our range to choose from, our staff (----phone number---) can help you customize your carry boxes to best suit your furry friends’ needs. Because pooches come in all shapes and sizes, tailoring the carry boxes to suit large, medium or smaller breeds appetites, dental needs and training rewards is easy.
CAN I RETURN UNSOLD PRODUCTS?
Yes you can, provided the carry boxes are returned with 20 bags per box (excluding minimum orders of 16 carry boxes or below).
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay over the phone, securely online or by post. We accept EFT, credit card or cheques.
HOW SOON WILL MY CARRY BOXES ARRIVE?
Once you have placed your order, deliveries into Melbourne metro areas will usually arrive within four working days. Please note, regional and interstate orders may take a little longer to arrive. Our staff will be able to provide you with expected delivery times for deliveries into your area.
CAN THE DELIVERY BE LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE IF NO-ONE IS HERE?
No. Please ensure someone is available to accept and sign for your delivery.
CAN I NOMINATE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR DELIVERY?
Our staff will be able to give you a window of time for your delivery, so you will have an idea of when someone needs to be available.
IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?
We offer free delivery for all orders above sixteen carry boxes into all Melbourne Metro areas. There is a small freight charge for all other areas. Our friendly staff (----------------) will be able provide you with more information and/or pick-up options, when you place your order.
